Due to the customisable nature and network based installation of RS Wire & Promis-e, clients installing for the first time or upgrading versions may especially require help in setting up their system. We offer a full installation service including customization of these packages to client needs together with setting up drawing standards and creating design procedures. We can also create custom title borders, databases, symbol libraries etc from existing files or from scratch.

 

A service we have found popular in the past is to perform this setup alongside the creation of a single project. This enables our clients to learn the new package without having to spend time completing the more involved aspects of symbol creation and database management.  This process smooths the learning curve to a more managable rate in todays busy design offices.
